Tsviatko KINCHEV

Tzviatko Kinchev  is born in Sofia, Bulgaria and a very extraordinarily talented man – at least that’s how I perceive his work. He is studying in The National Academy of Arts but at the same time works as a 2D artist in Haemimont Games. You can check out his work and I’m sure you would agree if I will tell you how good he is in using colorful palette of warm colors that almost burn me with passionate desire to create paintings if words were enough.
This contemporary artist bring inspiration to others through the beauty he creates and what most would probably notice – and for the lack of description – he is using palette knife and it shows well execution on the artist’s part. I may be wrong on this though but the texture of the modern painting speaks to me in this sense. In addition, the use of warm colors is particularly exceptional. Despite the fact that his paintings suffered the brunt of people’s criticism – I don’t really care because it is easy to really recognize art when you see one.
I have once heard it from a relative – “there is no right or wrong in art as long as you express your thoughts and feelings with honesty then that’s art right there.” This modern painter has painted simply wonderful and delightful images that could drive others to do the same.
So, art is art no matter how it is done as long as it speaks of honest imagination and creativity that goes beyond what others think. I think his paintings are pieces of beautiful art no matter how he did it.

Fattah Hallah Abde

was born in Moscow on 1970. Touching Egypt… it is amazing to touch ancient exciting culture, a mixture of wisdom, mysteries, golden sand and dusty winds in snow-covered Moscow. One has just the feeling of that mysterious attractiveness when meets that woman fragile, helpless, amazingly beautiful, her profile reminds portraits of Egyptian empresses. Especially, if you can see her among lambent gold of her pictures. But when you start talking to her it is like the mist clears away and features of a very russian, soft, poetic character come out through a bright, eastern appearance; it is an astonishing combination making this woman even more fascinating. How was such a mixture born? What does it promise? In what creative form such a spirit can be realized? I believe everyone asks these questions who becomes acquainted with Hallah and her works.
She admitted that she had not turned to Egyptian themes in art for many years, but the roots are powerful and sooner or later they reflect in artist’s work, find their form of existence on canvas. Grown up in Russia with traditional values of Russian fine arts at a certain moment Hallah discovered the harmony of ancient Russian icon painting and Egyptian symbolism, their graphical fineness.
It seems that absolutely incongruous notions go together in Hallah’s work: permanency of Ancient Egyptian frescos and reality of modern European painting, ancient brightness of gold and azure and modern relevancy of yellow and blue, hot temper of the south and moderation of the north. However, in Hallah’s work beside “ancient” Egyptian oeuvres there are modern although still a bit fantastic plots. In her hands even portraits have certain magic.

Angelo Batti, Italian painter, was born in Sora (Frosinone) in 1933. After art school, he attended the studio dell'acquerellista German, John Brasch, graduated from the Academy of Berlin. Knowledge with teacher Michele Giordano, the favorite pupil of Striccoli Academy of Fine Arts in Naples, refines the technique that is successfully its youthful expression in the first exhibition at the gallery "Vanvitelli" of Naples. Numerous "personal", "collective" and competitions in Italy and abroad, they see it appreciated participant. Aurelio Tommaso Prete, Piero Isgr?, Guido Cappato, speak to him, the state of grace that guides his hand happily. The numerous laurels gathered to see his works from the collections of relief; and here is the "Portrait of Pope John Paul 1" in the picture gallery of the Vatican in Rome, the "Last Light" in the private collection of Senator Giulio Andreotti, the "Amalfi Coast" in one of the Princes Rainier of Monaco. Much more to add, but much more to love and appreciate in an artist whose maturity conferred the divine gift to communicate the depths of his ego through magnetism and the beautiful colors of his works. Specializing in portraits and female nudes, he completes its theme with sea, landscapes and still lifes, mostly oil but also with other techniques.

Ralf Heynen alias Ranonus

I am Ralf Heynen alias Ranonus, a Dutch painter. I was born in 1978 in the small town of Tegelen, close to the border with germany. After secondary education, where I had arts as a minor, I went to Nijmegen, a town with a hisory dating back to the roman ages. There I studied cultural anthropology at the university for a couple of years. Because of my bad eyes, I did not finish my study, but I learned a lot from this time. Meanwhile I had begun to paint in my room. At first just copies of pictures I made on several holidays. Later I discovered the works of 17th century masters as a source of inspiration. It was an exciting time. Back in 2003 I put aside the acrylic paint and started experimenting with oils. This was an important step ahead in my learning process. I have also been inspired by visits to a famous Dutch still life painter (Cees le Mair). Then, quite abruptly, I rediscovered my love for Oriental architecture. From that moment I taught myself to paint exquisit ornaments and worn structures. Sometimes with beautifully dressed women, but also without any figures, or with hidden spirits.

MARY ASLIN

Still life and figurative paintings in pastel and oil

"When looking at Mary Aslin's beautifully rendered (art), there is a sense of time standing still. Her technique, vision,

and use of colored pigments appear to not belong to a particular era, but transcend time. Her work is classic rather than

contemporary, except that they are created by a 21 st Century artist...." Roberta Carasso, Ph.D., writer, teacher, and

curator of the forthcoming "Bay Area Figurative Artists Through the Generations," Bakersfield Museum of Art, March - May

2012

Light gracing any subject and telling a story of beauty is the source of inspiration for Mary Aslin's award-winning still

life and figurative paintings, found in collections worldwide. Classical training by renowned artists and painting

directly from life have shaped her vision.  Her collectors have summarized the experience that many have viewing her art:

"Light, so much light...and drama with tranquility".

is Roman Polanski.
Together with film and photographic activities, he cultivated paintings in the department of Art. The early stage of his

painting was under the guidance of Dr. K. Zwolinska and J. Mierzejewski, a renowned painter in Poland and abroad.

After graduating in 1974, Kopania began work as a cameraman, making both documentaries and feature films. He did not

neglect his painting, however; when interest in his oil paintings began to grow, he abandoned his work in film.
Zbigniew’s paintings, characterized by a very high realism and some of them deserve to be called hyper-realistic. The

artist often uses thick paint and numerous impasto glazing, which contributes to the final effect for produced works. His

paintings can almost always be seen in excellent color saturation, high contrast and carefully worked out details.
His works are in private collections in Poland and in many countries around the World.

Eugène Henri Cauchois [1850-1911] was born in the city of Rouen on February 14, 1850. He received his artistic training under the master painters Ferdinand Duboc and Alexandre Cabanel. His soft, colorful and lustrous still‑lives reflect a strong influence from the renowned Impressionist artists of his time. Similar to the techniques of the Impressionists, Cauchois' canvases are created with layer upon layer of loose and fluid brush strokes.
Cauchois exhibited frequently at the Paris Salon and received several Awards at the exhibitions including a third place medal in 1898, a bronze medal in 1900, and a 2nd place medal in 1904.  Among the works exhibited were Culture de pavots (1891); Après la pluie (1893); Première sortie (1897); Roses de Septembre (1898) and Chez l’horticulteur (1900). Towards the end of the nineteenth century he painted several large-scale decorative panels. These works were rendered with hefty strokes, brilliant naturalism, and vibrant color combinations.

Daniel Ridgway Knight ~ Genre/Figurative painter
Daniel Ridgway l Ridgway Knight’s works represent so many aspects of Nineteenth Century painting, including history, genre, landscape, portrait and floral themes. In each work, all that is aesthetic is recorded with fine detail and skill. In order to faithfully record the scenery, night studied the different phases of the day and their effects on the environment. Knight built a glass studio outside of his home, enabling him to paint outdoors, even in the dead of winter. Whether he was concentrating on the evening with the glow of moonlight upon the Seine River or on a young woman in a brightly colored flower garden at midday, each scene is depicted with great detail and with specific attention to a realistic portrayal of the landscape.
Daniel Ridgway Knight [1839-1924] was born on March 15, in Pennsylvania. He studied and exhibited at the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts, were he was a classmate of Mary Cassatt and Thomas Eakins. In 1861, he went to Paris to study at l’École des Beaux-Arts under Cabanel and to apprentice in the atelier of Charles-Gabriel-Gleyre. He returned to Philadelphia in 1863 to serve in the Union Army. During the war, Knight practiced sketching facial expressions and capturing human emotion in his work. He sketched battle scenes, recording the war for history. He founded the Philadelphia Sketch Club, where he showed works that dealt with the Civil War, mythology and scenes from opera. In 1871 Knight married Rebecca Morris Webster and after the wedding he began working as a portrait painter in order to make enough money to return to France.

José Cruz Herrera ~ Beautés marocaines
José Cruz Herrera (1890-1972) was an Spanish painter who concentrated principally on Genre works and landscape art. He worked in Spain, Uruguay, Argentina, France and especially Morocco, where he lived for much of his life in Casablanca. Many of his works are displayed at the Museo Cruz Herrera in his home town of La Línea de la Concepción (Cádiz).
Cruz Herrera's grandparents originally lived in Cádiz, where they operated a lithographic press. Their skills were in demand in British-ruled Gibraltar, where snuff was manufactured and sold in envelopes. To meet the demand for printed envelopes and packaging labels, they moved their press to Gibraltar. They were unable to live there, as it required special permission, so they settled in the Spanish-ruled town of La Línea de la Concepción on the border with Gibraltar and walked across the frontier each day to operate their press. In 1889, Cruz Herrera's father, José de la Cruz Garcia, married a local woman – 19-year-old Antonia Herrera Ramírez, the niece of La Línea's first mayor – and was himself mayor of the town for a short time. Eight months later on 1 October 1890, Cruz Herrera was born as the first of seven children and was named after his grandfather, who like his father was also named José. He was given the birthname of José Maria Remigio.

Severin Roesen

(b. 1815, Germany; d. 1872) American painter. Little is known about the life of Severin Roesen. He moved to the New York with his family sometime in the mid 1800s. Here, he exhibited some of his paintings at the American Art Union. He moved to Williamsport, Pennsylvania around 1860 where he was warmly received by the area residents, who adamantly supported and commissioned his painting. Here, he continued to paint still-lives emulating the style of the 17th century Dutch and German painters. Known for his lavish and detailed depictions of fruit and flowers, Roeson used bright, radiant colors in his painting. Nearly a century after Roesen’s lifetime, First Lady Jacqueline Kennedy hung several of his paintings in the White House. Roesen was one of America’s foremost still-life artists of the 1880s. The last record of the artist in Williamsport is in 1872; the place of his death is unknown.

Walter Dendy Sadler
Walter Dendy Sadler (12 May 1854 – 13 November 1923) was an English painter.

Home Sweet Home, family relaxing by fireplace and singing, as woman plays piano. Painted by W. Dendy Sadler; etched by W. H. Boucher.
Walter Dendy Sadler was born in Dorking, a market town in Surrey in southern England, and brought up in Horsham, West Sussex, England. At age 16 he decided to become a painter and enrolled for two years at Heatherly's School of Art in London, subsequently studying in Germany under Burfield and Wilhelm Simmler.

He exhibited at the Dudley Gallery from 1872 and at the Royal Academy from the following year through to the 1890s. He was a member of the RBA, he also exhibited at the RA (Royal Academy). He painted contemporary people in domestic and daily life pursuits, showing them with comical expressions illustrating their greed, stupidity etc. His subjects were usually set in the late eighteenth or early nineteenth centuries with sentimental, romantic and humorous themes. Before painting a scene he would create elaborate settings in which local villagers would often pose as models. Indeed, as he often used the same props and models, these can sometimes be seen repeated in successive paintings in different guises. The home, the inn, the lawyers office, the garden and the golf course all provide subjects for his wit and clever social observation.

A number of his paintings are in museum collections.[
